You'll need a fairly fast car for this one, but you won't need to wait till you are in a hypercar for it. Jump in any upgraded supercar you own and make sure the acceleration is the best it can be (upgrades + tuning) and go from a stand still to 100 km/h. If your car can manage this in under 2,5 seconds, you will unlock this achievement.
